Hifz Completion

اِنَّا نَحۡنُ نَزَّلۡنَا الذِّكۡرَ وَاِنَّا لَهٗ لَحٰـفِظُوۡنَ
“Verily we have revealed the Remembrance (Qur’an) and indeed we are its protectors.” (Al-Qur’an)

All praise is due to Allah Ta’ala alone for the priceless bounty of the Qur’an-al-Kareem. Hence those who have been especially chosen by Allah Ta’ala as a means to protect and safeguard His pure Book are extremely fortunate indeed. These special people are the Huffaz (plural of Hafiz). They are a manifestation of Allah Ta’ala’s Majesty and Power, that Allah Ta’ala showered His mercy upon them and enabled them to commit the Glorious Qur’an to memory. Memorising a book as voluminous as the Qur’an-al-Kareem is indeed a miracle — a miracle of the Qur’an which Allah Ta’ala has made manifest through His special servants.

In the present times we are extremely fortunate that we now have many Huffaz coming from our community, unlike the situation a not too long ago when Huffaz had to be brought from far away places to perform the Taraweeh Salaah. Now from this year we will be providing Huffaz and Imams to lead Taraweeh in other localities. Unfortunately many do not fully realize the tremendous responsibility that this task entails, or how much sacrifice was and is needed to make this possible.

May Allah Ta’ala accept this humble effort of the students, teachers, volunteers and all those at Daar Ibn Umar who have helped us to achieve this blessed milestone. The entire world, together with all its wealth and riches, cannot match even one verse of the Qur’an preserved in the hearts of the Huffaz, let alone the entire Qur’an. They have become the special people of Allah Ta’ala (a VIP in the true sense of the word) and His “Chosen Ones.”

Anas ibn Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, Allah has His own people among humanity.” They said, “O Messenger of Allah, who are they?” The Prophet said, “They are the people of the Quran, the people of Allah and His chosen ones.”

Thus the Huffaz, have become special people in the sight of Allah Ta’ala. We ask Allah Ta'ala to accept all the efforts of those who helped make this happen, and continue to use us all for the effort of His deen.

Islamic Essentials for Ladies

🌸 Sacred Steps for Radiant Hearts 🌸 A Twice-Weekly Islamic Learning Program for Women 🕙 Mondays & Thursdays | 10:00am – 1:30pm --- A Pathway to Knowledge, A Journey of the Heart Daar Ibn Umar warmly invites all ladies, homeschooled teenagers, and adult learners to join our new twice-weekly learning program: This program is designed to offer foundational Islamic knowledge in a nurturing, welcoming environment. Whether you’re starting from the beginning or rekindling your connection with sacred learning, this course will guide you step by step — with sincerity, structure, and spiritual purpose. --- 📚 What You Will Study 1. Fiqh (Islamic Jurisprudence) Learn the essential rulings of purification, prayer, fasting, and more using the classical Hanafi text Nūr al-ʾĪḍāḥ and its Urdu/English commentary Nūr al-Iṣbāḥ by Moulana Sayyid Muhammad Mia Saheb. This text is rooted in the teachings of Imām Abū Ḥanīfah and his leading students. As Imām Aḥmad ibn Ḥanbal said: “If there is agreement between Abū Ḥanīfah, Abū Yūsuf, and Muḥammad ibn al-Ḥasan on a matter, then one should not pay attention to anyone who disagrees with them.” These lessons provide both clarity and confidence in daily practice, backed by centuries of scholarship. 2. Lessons from the Lives of the Prophets Based on Stories of the Prophets by Maulana Abul Hasan Ali Nadwi, this subject draws from the Qur’an and recounts the inspiring missions of fourteen great Prophets. It offers vivid portrayals, reflective insights, and moral guidance that resonate with the spiritual challenges we face today. This is not only a book of stories — but a roadmap of prophetic wisdom for modern life. 3. Sarf (Arabic Morphology) Using Fundamentals of Classical Arabic, students will gradually learn how Arabic words are formed and how verbs are conjugated. This book simplifies the deep science of Arabic grammar into understandable principles, with visual tables and clear explanations — making it ideal for beginners and long-term learners alike. 4. Hadith Provisions for the Seekers is a collection of 327 hadiths compiled by Shaykh ‘Ashiq Ilahi al-Bulandshehri, selected from the renowned Mishkāt al-Maṣābīḥ. These narrations offer timeless prophetic guidance and deeply moving examples of the Messenger’s ﷺ wisdom, eloquence, and compassion. This is the ideal hadith primer taught in many traditional madrasahs around the world. 5. Arabic Basics Al-Tareeqa al-‘Asriyya serves as our textbook for conversational Arabic. With dialogues entirely in Arabic and English explanations, this book has evolved over decades of teaching experience to help English-speaking students gain confidence in Arabic quickly and naturally. 6. Qur’an Tarjuma & Tafseer Connect directly with the Words of Allah through structured translation sessions and guided tafseer of selected surahs. The Qur’an is not merely for recitation in times of hardship — it is the *miraculous, final message of Allah, revealed to the last and greatest of Prophets ﷺ. It is a solution, a mercy, and a guide for every moment in life. This part of the course helps you reflect deeply, understand clearly, and live meaningfully with the Qur’an. --- 💬 Why Join? In a world filled with distractions, confusion, and changing values, we believe every woman deserves access to sound, structured Islamic knowledge — knowledge that is relevant, timeless, and deeply nourishing to the soul. This course is perfect for: * Women seeking to reconnect with Islamic learning * Homeschooling mothers and teenagers * Beginners with no Arabic background * Sisters looking to study in a calm, female-only space You will not only gain knowledge — you’ll grow in companionship, discipline, and connection to Allah. --- ✨ Take the First Step As the Prophet ﷺ said: “Whoever treads a path seeking knowledge, Allah will make easy for them the path to Jannah.” (Hadith) 📩 To register or ask questions, contact us today: 📱 0491 191 952 📧 info@diu.org.au Online Enrolment https://form.jotform.com/251672145860862
